Reference methodology MR-003
Health research without consent
The MR-003 reference methodology frames the treatments including
health and of a public interest nature, carried out as part of research
involving the human person for which the data subject does not object to
participate after being informed. This is more specifically research not
intervention and clinical trials of cluster drugs. Individual information
of patients is mandatory. The controller undertakes to collect only the
data strictly necessary and relevant to the research objectives.
